What's your favourite word? :) Everyday life and customs

In Dutch, I like 'gezellig' (I'm not sure it is translatable, but it's something like cozy, friendly, togetherness). In English, I like 'boohoo' (not the crying one, but the one used sarcastically) and 'population'

recently I have discovered the word evanescence, it means the quality of being fleeting or vanishing quickly; impermanence: the evanescence of dreams. I find it very beautiful.

Foudroyant means "that has the speed and power of lightning".

Crépusculaire means something relative to dusk/twilight.

Rémanence more or less = afterglow

Loen; it means "animal".
