    I am a pastor and missionary, and for me the most fulfilling task and therefore the proudest accomplishment has been and still is leading souls to our saviour and redeemer, Jesus Christ

  • Favourite books/authors/films

    Books: First and foremost the Bible, Gods word.
    Authors: I really like James Michener and RobertLudlum and P.G. Wodehouse. Oh, and Leon Uris. Except that, I am really a bookworm, I´ve read about 30.000 Books. If I would start counting those I really liked, I don´t think the server could take it 😉
    Films: all of Bud Spencer and Terrence Hill, Heinz Rühmann, Romy Schneider, Theo Lingen and Heinz Erhardt (you see, I am more into classic cinema!!) but also newer films like the black book, the Left behind series, Patch (with Robin Williams, I think he was a really good actor!) Amy and the wild geese, James Bond.
    I also like historical movies and movies that really tell a story.

  • Living abroad for one year

    Well, I live abroad almost all my life, in different places. All over the world. I haven´t been to asia or Australia or Northern Africa. So I think Australia in the first place, then Asia and then Northern Africa.

  • Cities and countries I have visited

    As you see in my map, I´ve lived in the USA, in Wales, Holland, Austria, Switzerland and now am living in Paraguay. I´ve seen quite a bit of the States, much of Britain, of Southafrica, Southamerica and Europe. I liked it very much in Wales and US and Southafrica.

    Really everything about other cultures, as this also opens my understanding for my own culture

    ..the bible and God´s wonderful plan with mankind

    well, the more people meet their saviour Jesus Christ, the better place this world would be

  • Personal skills

    I am a very open person, and easily make friends and new aquaintances.
    I like to make works of art of all different kinds. I have made texts for many songs for our church, I did painting before, I wrote some christmasplays, I think I am quite good at photographing, as a missionary I often have to and also like to improvise technical things, I like acting.

    Still in the service of my Lord Jesus, serving his followers and winning new followers for Christ

    In the last time my understanding for the Bible was opened much more. I found how the Love of God for humankind impacts everything in his Plan
