    I'm Alina Maria, 19 years old and I'm from Germany. Just call me Maria.
    My hobbies are to draw, listening to music, to play the saxophone, to try out diverse sports and to play with my little dog Lana.
    I'm here to make new friends all over the world. I would be very happy to get to know new people.

  • Cities and countries I have visited

    Visiting other countries is my passion, I love learning new things about other cultures and I'm also very interested into learning new languages.
    The most amazing trip in my life was to Israel. There I was for about 2 weeks in a very lovely host family.
    I grew up in Spain, near Alicante.
    Because of the school I had the ability to travel to Malta, Belgium and France.
    In my free-time I travelled to many other countries.

  • My proudest accomplishments

    At the moment I'm writing my final exams in a school in Germany.
    After that I want to study spanish, italian and english.

  • My interests in other cultures

    I'm so interested into other cultures. I've been twice in a host family and it was really great. I love to see how other families in other countries live, their values, their food or even music.

    In my free-time I love to draw. Mostly I draw portraits. Also I love reading books, Sebastian Fitzek ist one of my favourite authors.

  • A personal challenge

    I grew up in Spain and since 2010 I'm living in Germany. The sad thing is that I'm forgetting how to speak spanish because there is no one I can talk to. Moreover I'm learning italian in school since 2 years. I'm really good at it but sometimes its really difficult to distinguish spanish and italian.

  • Favourite books/authors/films

    My favourite book is called Therapy from Sebastian Fitzek. Its just soo good written and the story is great.

  • I always enjoy talking about...

    I love to talk about random things like music, art etc.
    Moreover I love watching films.
