• Something to tell the world!

  Hi there, I'm Iris! <3 I'm German and Thai and live in Germany. I got this site recommended by friends and wanted to give it a try too. I'd love to learn about new people from different places all over the world! We can talk in German, English and French. (And I wish Thai too, but I still have to figure out how to read and write in Thai TwT )
  I absolutely love to draw, crochet, knit and to play video games!! Right now, I'm a big fan of Star Rail, but I've always loved the Zelda games a lot. Many indie games are really nice too!
  But of course, I'm eager to talk about just anything! Let's chat!
  (By the way, I'm looking for people to talk with on discord or play games like Stardew Valley with. Don't be shy to text me if you're interested too, or if you just wanna talk here of course xx )

• Personal skills

  I've been drawing consistently for a few years now, mostly characters. What I like about drawing people is the emotion that they can convey! I'm currently trying to learn more about anatomy and perspective while forcing myself to try out drawing rooms and objects too. There's still a ton to learn for me here and I could really talk about this for hours!

  I also love working with yarn and do things like crocheting and knitting. I should do this more often... There are usually phases where I am working on a project or ignore all my started projects. I crocheted a few little amigurumi figures before. I plan to make some more and to finish some clothing items!

• My interests in other cultures

  Every culture has different customs, but lots of similarities too. I think it's really fun to find out about all this, especially while chatting with someone!
  I think it's super interesting to learn about cultures I barely knew about before, but I also love learning more about ones already familiar to me!!
