  • Something to tell the world!

Hi there! I'm Riccardo, 17, based in Italy. I'm studying English, Spanish and German, so if you want to chat a bit using these languages, don't hesitate and write me 😃
    Between my favourite activities:
    - repeting words out loud like an idiot if they sound funny
    - reading
    - hanging out with some friends, a lot of beer or a bottle of disgusting (but cheap!) wine
    - trying to learn how to play the harmonica
    I'm really open-minded and friendly!

  • I always enjoy talking about...

Politics, current events, how stupid one must be to vote for a neo-fascit party, international relations, human rights, diplomacy
I'm extremely fond of politics, international relations and current events (in particular I love talking about the European Union and I define myself first and foremost European and oly then Italian).
But actually I'm open to everything, I'll be happy to share opinions with everybody on every field I know something of.
I repeated so many times "every", that's funny

  • My proudest accomplishments

I try not to be passive to what happens in the world. I am not one of those people who spend their time complaining about everything and then do nothing, but I try to change what I don't like. I work as volunteer for a charity organisation that helps homeless people, poor people and migrants.
I'm interested in politics (I know this is at least the 100th time that I repeat it please don't hate me) for this reason: through politics we can act to change what is not functioning, we cna act to fight against injustice. Therefore, I am a Member of the European Youth Parliament and I take part in Model United Nation sessions.
This is what I am proud of.

  • My feeling about the future

I'm feeling concerned, because everywhere in the world extreme right-side parties are getting more and more approval, and this is terrible. History shows us how nationalisms are bad, they cause to selfishness and wars, they destroy the solidarity humans should achieve.

  • Living abroad for one year

I would go to Ghana, Argentina or Indonesia.
PS: I lived for a semester in Germany

  • Cities and countries I have visited

I have been to Ireland, England, Austria, Germany and Slovenia.
