  • Something to tell the world!

    Hello everyone! My name is Debora and I'm a university student from Italy. My major is language mediation and I love to learn languages.
    I'm an Italian native speaker, as you probably guess.
    I want to learn more languages in the future and about other cultures, so feel free to drop me a message!

  • My interests in other cultures

    I like to think that languages are doors through other worlds full of variety and diversity. I love get in touch with people from other cultures so I can become a more mature and aware human being.
    For me languages, besides being precious doors, are also precious gifts that we receive and, if we are willing to approach them, we're going to have a deep and insightful experience throughout our lives.

  • My proudest accomplishments

    I had some things to go through my life and one of the achievements that I'm really proud of was being able to get once again into school, taking a diploma and enroll in university: basically being able to get back on track despite everything!

  • I always enjoy talking about...

    I love to talk about lots of things.
    My interests are mostly related to TV shows and Asian dramas, book, music and some video games.
    I have a cat that I love so I guess animals are a topic too 🙂

  • Life regrets

    I regret about lot of things, despite my "young age" but what I regret the most was me being so harsh on myself, unable to love and understand myself and my feelings for years

  • Favourite books/authors/films

    I quite enjoy various genres, especially if we're talking about books.
    As an history lover I enjoy watching TV Series or reading books that take place or that just talk about a specific time, habit or relevant person whose name is still set in history.
    I didn't quite get over my anxiety in general, so I haven't approached yet an horror movie XD but I'm open to suggestions in that regard, even with books!

    I don't have a favourite author but I'm looking for them. Feel free to drop me a message and give me some suggestions!

  • Something uncommon about me

    1. Introvert. I used to be basically a loner and not having a social life but now I enjoy some good company... it just has to be a tiny group as I don't think I actually overcome my social anxiety, not completely.
    2. Language lover. You could probably tell long time ago. Can't say I hide it.
    3. Sometimes I find myself singing and dancing despite the fact that I'm a terrible singer/dancer and that my fluffy cat gives me tons of disapproving eyes. I might have traumatised the poor thing during childhood days, but I'm not sure.
