I'm attracted to intelligence.
Not the book smart type of intelligence. I couldn't care less whether you've gone to college or how much money you make because of it.
I like deep thinkers and intelligent conversations that make me think even hours after they've ended. I love learning about what makes people who they are.
Their thoughts. Views. Who is important to them. What is important to them.
I love it when people know a lot about a lot of things. About music, movies, religion, beliefs, history..
I love listening to their opinions, i love big words and deep thoughts.
I soak up words from radical minds.
I live in Germany
I've visited China, Turkey, Tenerif, Austria, France, Italy, Netherlands
Whenever I'm traveling I always get tripped out at the fact that this is someone's actual hometown, like they know every back road and how to get everywhere and they've probably had tons of memories in this city.
But I'm just someone passing by.
Minimalism & Sustainability
I understand that school is important and education is important. But i feel like there's a huge difference between a healthy amount of challenge in order to do better and being so stressed about school that you break down.
Handwriting is so cool cause it's like the written equivalent of the sound of someone's voice.
So if anyone wants to have a 'real' correspondence, please let me know!
I want a treadmill powered Netflix account that only plays shows when I run.
Somebody get on this..
Someone just pointed out to me how Anne Frank and Martin Luther King JR. were both born in the same year, but most people associate them as being in complete different points in history.
This blew my mind..
Anyone else get movie cravings?
Sometimes I'll just be like "I need to watch Pirates of the Caribbean RIGHT NOW"
(but only 1-3, the last two were pretty shit)
Rag'n'Bone Man - Hell Yeah Fr. Vince Staples
X Ambassadors - Renegades
Elias - Focus
I believe that every book you read changes you; changes how you think, what you say, how you act, or how you look at the world. If a book doesn't change something about you
then it has failed at being a book.
Who else is obsessed with buying notebooks or journals but never doing anything with them?
I like it when the sky looks like the world is going to end.
After finals I want to visit Russia, I always wanted to see the Baikallake. Its Ice is one of the clearest Lake Ices on earth.
"Someone needs to explain to me why wanting clean drinking water makes you an activist, and why proposing to destroy water with chemical warfare doesn't make a corporation a terrorist."
- WINONA LADUKE
I find it crazy how any of us can die at any moment yet we live our lives always planning for the furture.
Be the type of person that you want to meet.
FOOD (Even though I'm a creature of habit when it comes to food)
I absolutely love survival stuff and I'm pretty good at it
I'm 18 years old.. luckily there are not a lot of things in my life that I regret so far
"You never think that the last time is the last time. You think there will be more. You think you have forever, but you don't."
~ Meredith Grey
While you browse through images on Instagram, just remember that real life is in your heart. Your smile. Your family. Your surroundings. Pictures online will make you believe you're not enough. Like you need to do something more... more exciting, be more physically beautiful, be more popular, be bigger than you are. It's a lie. A net of fleeting fantasy. You are real. You are beautiful. You are enough. Go be in the world. Please don't compare yourself to the world' s highlight reels and photoshopped
If you had $86,400 and someone stole $10, would you throw $86,390 away for revenge? Or move on and live? Right, move on and live. See, you have 86,400 seconds each day. Don't let someone's negative 10 seconds
ruin the remaining 86,390. Life is bigger than that. And so are you.
You can do this. stop sabotaging yourself and your dreams. There will be risks, there will be stress, but go on and actually pursue what you want to do. You will not regret having tried, all things considered. Self-doubt can destroy so much of your life. Don't let it!
Once you stop fantasizing about that ideal
version of yourself and start working towards becoming that person by setting your alarm clock earlier and actually going to the gym and actually volunteering at places and actually eating healthier and not procrastinating and working just a little bit harder you'll realize that it was so easy all along. Becoming your ideal self will only ever exist in your mind until you make the decision to work towards becoming that person. Get up!! Get going!! It's now or
