Ever since I was a child, I have always wanted to be an ambassador. All the glamorous dinner, champagne glasses toss, and ballroom dance... Sadly, I also grew up interested to history and politics, very, very enthusiastically. Uphold for other ideologies isn't my strength yet (Rebel 4 lyfe!!).
In the other way, as an adult, I started to grow fondly to cooking. Hours spent watching Marco Pierre White, Gordon Ramsay. From book, Auguste Escoffier. But, there is a different between being passionate , or being professional, and to be the best, I have to have both. So since last year, I started to work in restaurants, server to cook assistant.
Never, ever drink too much. Know your limit, and you'll never regret for anything.
